Operational Risk Manager

Cardano is looking for an Operational Risk Professional who will play a key role in mapping and assessing risks across the organization, conducting risk self‑assessments, investigating incidents to uncover root causes, recommending improvements, and ensuring business continuity. You will also contribute to projects from a risk perspective, monitor and record risk matters in the risk & compliance system, and collaborate closely with all teams within Cardano and with risk colleagues in the United Kingdom.

Your qualifications

• Completed university education
• At least five years of work experience
• Proactive attitude and initiative
• Strong analytical skills and experience or a keen interest in risk management and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and structured thinking
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Capacity to work independently when required
• Openness to constructive discussion
• Clear communication skills in both Dutch and English
