- 10+ years of experience in IT, Automation, and Digital Transformation.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
- Strong experience delivering enterprise RPA and workflow automation solutions.
- Proficiency in API integrations, web services, and enterprise application connectivity.
- Experience working with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 , and legacy/mainframe systems.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, application lifecycle management (ALM), governance, and security best practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholder relationships across business and IT functions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power Apps, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI Services, or Intelligent Automation platforms .
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
