Our healthcare partner is looking for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join their team on a 28-bed Medical Surgical Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse patient population, including general and vascular surgery, bariatric surgery, plastic surgery, trauma, and stroke care.As a valued member of the Interdisciplinary Care Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered care that focuses on safety and quality outcomes. The unit promotes a healthy work environment through teamwork and positivity, with an active Unit Based Council that supports professional growth and development.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
Engage in lifelong learning through certification and advanced practice
Demonstrate leadership and serve as a clinical resource and role model
Communicate effectively with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams
Enhance time management skills to contribute to team performance
Need 2 years experience in setting
Michigan license verification required
BLS (AHA) certification required
