Managing Director (Sweden) | Tier 1 Main Contractor

The Company:
Tier 1 Irish construction contractor with €650m+ turnover, leading complex data centre builds across Sweden for global clients. Specialising in hyperscale and mission-critical facilities, they deliver high-value projects across Scandinavia.

The Role:
- Report to the Board and lead Scandinavian operations.
- Oversee strategy, project delivery, client relationships, and team leadership.
- Drive performance, growth, and compliance across the region.
- Lead project phases from pre-construction to handover.
- Act as main liaison for clients and stakeholders.
- Continuously develop the business via diversification.
The Candidate:
- Senior leadership experience in construction.
- Proven delivery of large-scale, technical builds (preferably data centres).
- Strong commercial, strategic, and operational acumen.
- Scandinavian/European market knowledge is a plus.
