3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3pm – 11pm

We are hiring a

Machine Assistant

for our 3rd shift manufacturing team in Springfield, MO. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals with manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. You'll assist with machine operation, support production goals, and help ensure quality products are delivered safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation
Support production by monitoring quality and ensuring products meet specifications
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting using hand tools
Record production data, downtime, and maintenance information accurately using computer systems
Follow established manufacturing processes and work instructions
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications

2–3 years of stable manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attendance and reliability are required
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production processes
Basic computer skills for production documentation
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic manufacturing math
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment that may be hot and humid
Ability to work overtime as needed, including up to 12-hour shifts and occasional weekends
