Learning & Development Intern - Amsterdam

Bynder’s People and Talent Team is looking for a Learning and Development Intern to join the team in Amsterdam. We work closely with all our Byndies and make sure that they receive the best learning opportunities during their journey with us.

Job DescriptionYou will be joining us to provide support to the Learning and Development Team, part of People and Talent, based in Amsterdam, and assist with organizational matters relating to onboarding, training, and e-learning. The work is varied, the culture is fun, and you will be in contact with each department in the company.
What you will do:
- Organizing monthly onboarding bootcamp in EMEA
- Admin of our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain and further development of online lessons in our LMS
- Improving onboarding initiatives based on received feedback
- Organization of the ad-hoc L&D initiatives (remotely and in the office)
- Implementation of own ideas in the area of L&D in Bynder and with external partners (e.g. universities)
- Organizing events and learning sessions for other interns
- Support in other People & Talent tasks
- Support in Well-Being initiatives
Who are you:
- You're fluent in English.
- You need to be enrolled in a Dutch university throughout the whole duration of the internship.
- You need to be based in The Netherlands already.
- You live in or close to Amsterdam or are willing to relocate.
- You're available for an internship of at least 6 months starting September 2026.
- You're flexible with presence at the office (sometimes also in Rotterdam).
- You have the passion for learning, are detail-oriented and proactive.
- You have great organizational skills and can drive initiatives from start to finish.
- You're easy in building good working relationships (also remotely).
