Engage in delivering personalized guest experiences while managing front desk and housekeeping tasks. Your role will combine the beauty of Alberta's mountain weather with the satisfaction of helping guests make lasting memories during their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide engaging, informative tours for lodge guests
• Help guests with luggage and check-in procedures
• Accompany visitors on Glacier Adventure experiences
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in hotel areas
• Cultivate exceptional guest relationships during stays
Requirements:
• Experience in hotel service and guiding
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Valid Alberta Pro Serve Certification mandatory
• Flexibility for morning, evening, and split shifts
