We are seeking experienced Industrial Millwrights to join our maintenance team. This role involves working on heavy industrial equipment in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment. If you’re skilled in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and precision repair, this is a strong long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, cranes, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
Perform precision alignments, rigging, welding, fabrication, and equipment rebuilds
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform root-cause analysis to minimize downtime
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and work orders
Work safely around molten metal, high-temperature equipment, and heavy industrial processes
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams
Qualifications
Industrial millwright experience in a steel mill, foundry, or heavy manufacturing environment preferred
Strong skills in mechanical repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, and rotating equipment
Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in hot industrial conditions
Welding and fabrication ability required (SMAW, MIG, oxy-fuel cutting)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and respond to emergency maintenance needs
Safety-focused mindset and familiarity with industrial safety procedures
