As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your professional and clinical knowledge to manage and provide care for patients in a dynamic ICU setting. You may also have the opportunity to float within the same discipline across local campuses, enhancing your experience and adaptability.
Provide direct patient care in the ICU, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care discussions
Maintain compliance with all required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI
Need 2 years experience in setting
