FIA Oakland is seeking a Family Organizer to expand parent and youth leadership for access to high‑quality public education in the Bay Area. You will train and coach leaders, partner with schools, and advocate for equitable outcomes, with a hybrid schedule (3 in‑office days, 2 remote days).
You’ll report to a Senior Organizing Consultant, receive weekly coaching, and contribute to data-driven campaigns through ongoing team collaboration and community engagement.
