Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle matters across multiple EMEA countries.
- Provide HR support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, off‑boarding, leave management, and policy interpretation.
- Collaborate closely with the EMEA Leadership Team, regional HR leadership, Global HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders including Finance and Legal to ensure smooth regional HR operations.
- Handle monthly payroll operations across multiple European countries.
- Manage employee administration, benefits, leave reporting, and regional compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external payroll providers, EoR partners, and consultants as required.
- Coordinate regional recruitment and talent processes across multiple functions and levels.
- Leverage HR technologies, including Workday and AI tools, and automation solutions to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Support and execute regional and global employee engagement and culture initiatives, including company-wide programs and people campaigns aligned with Razer's culture and values.
- Support day-to-day workplace operations and office administration for the Amsterdam office.
- Support regional and global HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives as assigned.
Pre-Requisites
- Strong HR operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different countries and stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of EU employment laws, regulations, and HR practices across major European markets.
- Experience supporting payroll coordination, employee administration, and regional HR operations.
- Ability to work effectively across regional and global teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate with speed, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with HR systems, reporting, and process optimization, including the use of AI tools and technologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, judgement, and confidentiality.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional European language capabilities are a plus.
