Shape the future of embedded software at Wind River as Director for the Helix Virtualization Platform. Manage large-scale engineering efforts while promoting safety and quality.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead a multi-team engineering organization, ensuring compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards. You will also manage day-to-day operations for over 60 engineers and possess a strong foundation in embedded systems and DevSecOps methodologies. The director is instrumental in aligning product strategies with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee delivery and evolution of HVP product roadmap • Ensure safety culture and mitigate technical risks • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and product • Engage in compliance with applicable safety standards • Foster an environment for engineering talent development

Requirements: • Minimum 12 years in embedded software development • At least 7 years in technical leadership positions • Solid grasp of safety certification standards • Hands-on experience with C and C++ languages • Expertise in secure engineering environments
