Are you a "Rising Star" in Finance who is tired of standard bookkeeping? We are a high-growth manufacturing scale-up specialising in custom plantation shutters. We don’t need a historian; we need a Financial Architect. As our Group Financial & Operations Controller, you will be the "Guardian of the Margins," turning raw global supply chain data into the strategic engine that drives our business. If you want to own the "Single Source of Truth" for a global Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business, we want to talk to you.
The Mission:
Your primary objective is to manage the end-to-end financial health of our international operations (China, The Netherlands, the UK, Australia). You will ensure that our rapid growth is matched by rigorous cost control and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Systems Architecture: Standardize and manage Exact Online (Manufacturing/Wholesale) across all international entities.
- Operational & Cost Control: Oversee workflows for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) products to ensure rigorous cost control and margin integrity for every unique Bill of Materials.
- Power BI Mastery: Build and maintain automated dashboards that track real-time landed costs, regional price variances, and inventory velocity.
- Supply Chain Finance: Audit the China-to-Customer flow, managing freight leakage and Inward Processing (IP) duty suspension.
- Commercial Guardrails: Manage global credit limits and regional pricing books to protect cash flow.
Your Profile:
- Qualified Accountant: ACCA, CIMA, RA, RC, or equivalent.
- Industry Experience: Proven background in Manufacturing or Wholesale is essential.
- Systems Expert: Advanced proficiency in Power BI and experience with ERP systems (Exact Online is a major plus).
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy the "detective work" of cost-tracking and supply chain optimisation.
- Language: Fluent in English and Dutch.
