Full Time Locums Anesthesiologist Needed

Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near

Floyds Knobs, IN. IN license required.

~ Shift: 5 days/week, may include weekends. Hours vary with exit order. 630a arrival. exits at 1p, 3p, 6p.
~ Typically 40-45 hours/week. No nights. No holidays. No call.
~ Full time coverage is preference. Will look at someone for 2 on 2 off.
~ If working weekends: 1:5 Saturday, typically 1-2 cases and out by 1p.
~ Supervision.
~ MDs must be extremely proficient with nerve blocks.
~ Types of cases: endoscopy (35%), Urology (25%), Ortho/spine/podiatry (25%), gyn/general (10%), eyes/ENT (5%).
~ EMR: Paper.
~ Practice will currently accept those with IN or KY license.
~ Credentialing timeframe: 7 days - Temp privileges.
~$2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
