OverviewFullstack Software Engineer – London-based role hiring on behalf of Understanding Recruitment. Salary: £140k+ stock options + exceptional benefits. Location: London based team. This is a cutting-edge tech company reimagining how software gets built by combining full-code flexibility with no-code tools and generative AI into a unified platform.You’ll work on a tool that lets developers and teams create UIs, workflows, and backends faster and smarter. Think: Python interpreter + visual UI + no-code workflows + GenAI.This role suits engineers with strong Python and frontend experience (Vue + TypeScript preferred; React is also acceptable) and a passion for building tools for developers.What you’ll do:Build core parts of the low-code UI and no-code workflow builderShape backend architecture with Python (Pydantic, Mypy, Pytest, etc.)Contribute across both frontend and backendDefine engineering best practices for typing, testing, CI/CD, and code qualityIntegrate AI agent tooling and third-party APIsCollaborate with product, design, and infra teams to build real-time collaboration featuresThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years of fullstack experience (open to senior/staff-level engineers)Frontend experience with Vue + TypeScript, or React with willingness to learn VueUnderstanding of web performance, testing, REST APIs, OAuthComfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsBonus: experience with devtools, no-code/low-code, AI tools, or OSS contributionsThis is a rare chance to learn from elite engineers and contribute directly to a really useful platform as a Fullstack Engineer.
