Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for clients
• Monitor and manage prescribed medications effectively
• Provide education to caregivers and community groups
• Participate in case management and interprofessional meetings
• Keep meticulous documentation of care processes
Requirements:
• Registration as an RN or RPN with BCCNM
• Two years of recent related experience
• Valid B.C. Driver's License needed
• Strong understanding of mental health legislation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
