Role description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee and perform high-quality carpentry work on residential and/or commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with strong leadership abilities, extensive hands-on experience, and the ability to manage crews while maintaining safety, productivity, and craftsmanship standards.

Job Requirements
- Lead and supervise carpentry crews on job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform advanced framing/carpentry work
- Maintain job site safety and enforce OHS standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers and subcontractors
- Inspect work for quality and accuracy
- Supply own hand tools
- Steel toe boots, high-visibility clothing, hard hat are all required
