In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of ERP systems and serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager, you will research, develop, and implement necessary system changes, driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and manage tickets
• Work with stakeholders to develop solutions
• Build Business Central reports and extensions
• Test and coordinate system updates
• Maintain technical documentation and train users
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or relevant field
• 3-5 years’ experience in Dynamics 365
• Proficient with AL and Visual Studio Code
• Familiar with Git-based source control
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
