The Hospitals of Providence, a regional healthcare network serving El Paso and surrounding communities, is seeking an ER Registered Nurse to join our patient-first, team-driven emergency department. In this fast-paced role, you will provide rapid triage, stabilization, and high-acuity nursing care to diverse patients across the lifespan. Responsibilities include assessment, medication administration, IV therapy, cardiac and vital sign monitoring, and assisting with emergency procedures while collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. You will educate patients and families, ensure accurate EMR documentation, and uphold rigorous safety and infection control standards.
