In this role, you will design and facilitate EPIC workflows for clinical and administrative staff, create user-friendly training materials, and provide at-the-elbow support during go-lives and upgrades. Partnering with clinical, IT, and education teams, you’ll optimize documentation, promote user adoption, and integrate tribal culture and holistic wellness values into all learning experiences while supporting staff growth and work-life balance.
