Are you passionate about sustainable energy projects and eager to work on multidisciplinary teams in the offshore wind industry? We have an exciting position for a Electrical Engineer specializing in offshore wind and renewable energy systems in the Rotterdam/Dordrecht area.

As a Electrical Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of the energy transition, working on advanced offshore wind platforms and innovative power systems. You'll collaborate with industry leaders to develop the infrastructure needed for tomorrow's sustainable energy systems.

Job Information

As a Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

Participating in a team of electrical engineers on offshore wind projects
Delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions within set timelines and budgets
Managing the electrical scope of projects from feasibility studies through detailed engineering
Ensuring proper coordination between engineering disciplines, suppliers, and clients
Providing technical guidance/leadership for complex EPC contracts
Contributing to major renewable energy initiatives, including offshore hydrogen production projects

Requirements

We're looking for a Electrical Engineer with:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong background in offshore wind or renewable energy
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Dutch is an advantage)
Experience with feasibility studies and detailed engineering work
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships
