Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the complete electrical design for our material handling systems.
- Design power distribution and prepare the bill of materials for all electrical components.
- Produce control diagrams using advanced network technologies (Industrial Ethernet, AS-i bus).
- Deliver design and drawing sets for electrical enclosures and cabling specifications.
- Create installation drawings and assembly instructions; ensure clarity for installers.
- Support commissioning with detailed checklists from first connection to final I/O testing.
- Utilize advanced CAD tools (AutoCAD, EPLAN) and contribute to engineering tool development.
What do we ask from you?
- Vocational education (MTS/MBO-4) or Bachelor (HTS/HBO) degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices combined with solid skills in CAD tools such as EPLAN and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of power distribution systems and network architecture (PROFIBUS, AS-i bus, Industrial Ethernet)
- Good command of English (Dutch preferred) and ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
