i3 in London is seeking a Digital Change & Learning Specialist to help colleagues embrace new digital tools and AI solutions. In a hybrid role (2-3 days in City of London), you will collaborate with Product, Technology and Business teams to design engaging learning experiences and drive user adoption.You’ll identify skills gaps, create practical workshops and communications, gather feedback, and measure adoption success to continuously improve the learning landscape across the business.
