Iris's Fortune 100 direct client is looking for DevOps Engineer

Employment Type: Long term

Hybrid : 4 days office , 1 day work from home

Client : Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of overall years of experience.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage source control repositories and branching strategies using Git-based platforms.
• Automate deployments using modern DevOps tools and frameworks.
• Lead release planning, deployment execution, rollback planning, and post-deployment validation.
• Raise and manage change requests.
• Participate in CAB meetings and release governance activities.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Product, and Business teams during release cycles.
• Manage Salesforce environments, sandbox strategies, and refresh activities.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and resolve environment-related issues.
• Drive DevOps best practices, automation, compliance, and release efficiency.
• Mentor development teams on source control and deployment processes.
