Job Title: Data ModelerLocation: Burgess Hill, UKType: FTE 12 MonthsMode: Hybrid - 3 days a weekAbout the Role:Net2Source Inc. is one of the fastest growing diversity certified global workforce solutions companies with an unprecedented YoY growth of over 100% for the last 6 years working with Fortune 1000/Global 2000 across 34 countries and 5 continents including North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.Responsibilities:Design, construct, and oversee complex databases.Develop database solutions and analyze structural requirements.Experience in designing conceptual and logical data models.Work with RDBMS PostgreSQL/Oracle for application development, database placement, design tuning, DDL promotion, and upgrades.Ideally, have experience with SQL Server in addition to one of the above.Demonstrate self-motivation and willingness to pick up new database challenges.Exposure to NoSQL technology (Couchbase, Cassandra) is a plus.Graduate/Postgraduate qualifications, ideally with experience in a financial company (fintech).Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Rally, Kanban, Confluence).DevOps skills (GIT, Liquibase, Cloud exposure, Ansible, Terraform) are a bonus.Ability to think outside the box and not depend on runbooks.Team player.May be required to work outside normal working hours if needed.Good to Have Skills: KubernetesSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting
