Associate Manager- HR APPS & SI-TAG (UK & Europe) at HCL Technologies

Location - Amsterdam, Netherlands

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable data solutions using BigQuery and Cloud Storage .
• Build and maintain ML workflows using Kubeflow .
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build and Terraform .
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Google Cloud Run .
• Apply SRE practices to monitor and improve system reliability and performance.
• Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible .
• Set up and maintain observability stacks (e.g., ELK , Prometheus, Grafana).
• Automate deployment and provisioning using Docker , Kubernetes , and OpenShift .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, efficient, and resilient cloud operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform services.
• Strong expertise in BigQuery , Cloud Storage , and Cloud Run .
• Experience building ML pipelines with Kubeflow .
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with Cloud Build and CI/CD pipeline design.
• Solid understanding of SRE concepts , including SLIs/SLOs, incident response, and postmortems.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience with Docker , Kubernetes , and OpenShift in production environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure architecture , cloud security, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Google Cloud .
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Exposure to machine learning workflows and model deployment in cloud environments.
