Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and ensure mise en place according to menus.
• Cook meats, fish, vegetables, and starches while respecting quality standards.
• Present and plate dishes according to hotel standards.
• Handle fresh products with care and report any non-conformities.
• Store, package, and label food items following established procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces and kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma in cooking or equivalent experience.
• Previous kitchen experience (ideally as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role).
• Solid knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset to serve an international clientele.
