Registered Nurse (RN)

for a short-term local contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting in Monte Vista, Colorado.
This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for a consistent night-shift assignment with the possibility of an extension.
Responsibilities:
Provide safe, quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Complete nursing assessments and documentation
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Work closely with CNAs, nursing staff, and facility leadership
