Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our business in the Netherlands, working on exciting projects in enhancing the EV charging network across the Benelux. Apart from this project you will get the chance to work on some of the most exciting and purposeful programmes and portfolios nationally and globally.
Our projects are iconic, international and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the market place.
You will have experience of working on transformation programmes and the desire to grow within a fast‑paced, external‑facing and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:- Set up and implement the program structures, processes, and standards.
- Oversee the execution of the program and ensure that program is executed as per set up and the programs objectives and KPI’s are met.
- Provide Scope‑ , Risk‑ , Schedule and Milestone, Budget‑ , Change‑ , Scope management and Resource forecasting.
- Lead and prepare the status and performance reporting and meetings with the client and internal management.
- First point of contact for the client and responsible for management of client relationship and related commission outputs and deliverable management.
- Manage various stakeholders such as local governments and various contractors.
- Data‑ led analysis the program performance and lessons learned and set up and embed plans of actions to unlock value improvements.
- Manage the program team of 5‑10 consultants.
Qualifications
- 7 + years relevant experience in programme management.
- Project management experience.
- Infrastructure and Real Estate construction experience.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Experience in managing a team and ability to set priorities.
- Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced and quickly changing environment.
- Dutch language preferred.
