- Optimise construction methods to improve efficiency, quality, safety and cost effectiveness.
- Apply constructability principles throughout engineering and project execution.
- Identify construction challenges and develop practical, technically sound solutions.
- Provide technical expertise on construction techniques, methods and best practices to project and site teams.
- Work closely with engineering, construction, commissioning and project teams to integrate construction requirements into project planning and execution.
- Support the development and improvement of construction standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain records of construction methods, technical changes, outcomes and lessons learned.
- Share lessons learned to improve future project execution and construction performance.
- Participate in technical workshops, cross-project analysis, reporting and construction improvement initiatives.
- Ensure methodologies comply with HSSE, quality, regulatory and process safety requirements.
- Support construction data analysis, reporting and technical assessments.
- Contribute to construction and commissioning planning where required.

- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in construction engineering, construction methods or a related industrial/offshore environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, methodologies and execution practices.
- Experience in construction planning and project execution.
- Understanding of HSSE, quality, regulatory and process safety requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with relevant engineering, construction management, data analysis or reporting tools.
