Computed Tomography Technologist – Travel Job

Role description

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech! You’ll accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements:
2 years CT Tech experience
Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
BLS certification
Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT)
Current Washington license
Ability to work independently as the only staff member in the department during overnight hours
Ability to start IVs

Assignment Details
Shift hours: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Shift days: Tuesday-Thursday and Friday-Saturday, plus one floating shift
Rotating schedule
Floating required to CT and General X-Ray
No call required
Holiday requirement: if the holiday falls on your shift, you work it
Charting systems: EPIC and McKesson PACS
Equipment used: Toshiba 64 Slice CT Scanner, Carestream X-ray room, and GE Portable X-ray
Department orientation includes EPIC training in Tacoma and one week of on-site training
