Klamath Falls, Oregon , are seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our team as
Co-Medical Director
alongside Dr. Carolyn Whitaker.

About the Role
As Co-Medical Director, you'll partner with Dr. Whitaker to help lead two companion animal hospitals located just six miles apart. Your focus will include:
Mentorship and development of veterinary team members
Supporting hospital culture and employee retention
Promoting high-quality patient care and client service
Identifying opportunities for hospital growth and innovation
Collaborating on medical standards and best practices

Qualifications
Required
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates
Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
Minimum of three years of clinical veterinary experience
Preferred
Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics
Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine
Strong mentorship, communication, and leadership skills
Proven adaptability, initiative, and team-building abilities

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
