About the Role

MCL Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of a client in Clive for Client Account

Managers to oversee client relationships and support account growth. This entry-level role

emphasizes organization, professional communication, and delivering a high standard of

client service. Training and mentorship are provided to help you develop a career in client

account management.
You will meet with clients, present options, and manage ongoing accounts. Strong performers have a clear path to advance. This is a performance-based position — your results determine your income.

What you'll do:
Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers
Present benefit solutions and enroll clients
Manage and grow your assigned accounts
Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
Work a structured Monday–Friday daytime schedule
Who tends to succeed:
People with customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgrounds
Coachable, reliable, and comfortable talking to new people
Self-motivated individuals who want uncapped earning potential
Those with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Willing to complete state licensing (full training and support provided)
