$240-260/hr

Requirements:
Board Certified CRNA
Minimum 1+ year experience (No New Grads)
Note: Providers cannot be affiliated with Tacoma Anesthesia, Creative Anesthesia, or Rainier.
Shift Options

Day, Night, Weekend coverage needed

8, 10 & 12-hour shifts

Standard schedule:
Day:

7:00 AM 7:00 PM (flexible)

Night:

7:00 PM 7:00 AM (flexible)

Schedule varies depending on gaps in coverage

12-hour shifts required on weekends & holidays

Weekend & Holiday Coverage

Saturday & Sunday (holidays included):

2 rooms 12-hr day shifts
1 OB 12-hr day shift
1 12-hr night shift

No call responsibilities

all shifts covered onsite.
