Healthcare United is seeking CRNAs for an established anesthesia program in Ocala, Florida. The team is actively hiring for 11 W-2 positions; 1099 arrangements are not available.
This opportunity offers $220,000 $240,000 base compensation, strong bonuses, hours of PTO, flexible QGenda self-scheduling, and no traditional call. Both experienced CRNAs and new graduates are welcome.
The anesthesia team includes 20 anesthesiologists and 32 APPs across two hospitals, performing approximately 12,000 cases annually. The case mix includes general, GYN, ENT, urology, orthopedics, spine, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, robotics, GI, and trauma assignments. No OB or pediatric cases.
Compensation and Benefits:
