Opportunity Overview

8, 24-hour shifts per month
Oversee an all CRNA team
Practice at top of your license and provide oversight for both OB and pediatric services with expertise in peripheral nerve blocks, spinal anesthesia, and epidurals
Leadership Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with hospital administration to ensure the seamless operation of the OR and OB department
Participate in quarterly executive leadership meetings
Present quality and performance metrics
Participate in advanced leadership development programs, including LEAD and NMLC
Help drive clinical excellence across the program
On-Call Responsibilities

24-hour, 1 to 2 weekdays
24-hour, 1 weekend per month
