CDL-A Trainee Program
Role description
Hook IntroFresh out of CDL school? Don't jump straight into a solo run. Spend a few weeks learning the ropes from an experienced driver, get paid the whole time.
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
At least 120 hours of CDL-school training completed
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months
No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
Pass a hair and urine drug screen
The Training Program
4 to 6 weeks paired one-on-one with a veteran driver
Guaranteed $850 weekly pay, direct deposit every Friday
Roll straight into full solo pay once you're cleared
Pick weekly or bi-weekly home time after training
Once You're Solo
$1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross
Top 20% of our drivers clear $1,800+ weekly
Performance and safety bonuses stack on top
