Take on a pivotal role as a Case Worker at Street Culture Project in Regina. Guide youth through life transitions with effective mentorship and structured support.In this full-time position, you will serve the needs of youth involved in the Regina Connected Youth program. The role prioritizes advocacy, relationship-building, and creating individualized support plans for a caseload of youth. Your commitment to trauma-informed approaches will drive the positive change needed in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consistent mentoring and support to youth
• Develop comprehensive Case Management Plans
• Advocate for youth needs and mediate conflicts
• Track progress and maintain accurate case documentation
• Collaborate with staff on programming insights
Requirements:
• Secondary education; post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum one year of relevant youth care experience
• Familiarity with therapeutic practices desirable
• Current Driver’s License with abstract
• Criminal record clearance required
