About the Role
We are currently hiring for the position of full time Back Server (Day). In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Front Servers and Captains to deliver a seamless luxury dining experience during breakfast and lunch service
- Preparing, stocking, and maintaining service stations with polished glassware, china, silverware, beverages, and other essential supplies
- Setting, clearing, and resetting dining tables while ensuring the dining room remains clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Refilling water, coffee, and other non-alcoholic beverages while anticipating guest needs with attentive, discreet service
- Working collaboratively with the service team to ensure efficient service flow and respond quickly to guest and operational needs
- Maintaining Langdon Hall's exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and luxury presentation throughout each shift

Pay & Schedule
- Wage: $17.60 per hour + Gratuities
- Schedule: Full-time; must have full availability, including the ability to start shifts as early as 6:30 a.m
- Start Date: As soon as possible
