Our firm

Since inception, we have expanded our portfolio to approximately EUR 5bn in value, initially across our home market the Netherlands and then internationally, in Ireland, Denmark, Finland, and Germany.
As we continue to grow and diversify across markets, we remain guided by a clear long-term vision and a commitment to innovation. Backed by blue-chip institutional investors and focusing on long-term investments, primarily in residential and retail real estate, our strong track record, unique capabilities and reputation for excellence provide a solid foundation for pursuing ambitious growth strategies in the years ahead.
A central part of our strategy is transforming how residential real estate is managed by combining operational excellence, technology and a strong focus on the resident experience. Traditional property management models often show limitations and lack operational transparency. To address this, we have built a vertically integrated operating model that gives us direct control over operations, enables better service delivery, and provides real-time insights to continuously improve asset management performance and the resident journey.
LIVIA is our proprietary digital operating platform. Already live in the Netherlands, LIVIA positions OCP as a first mover in redefining residential real estate management through technology, data and automation.
