As a Functional Application Manager, you make sure that colleagues around the world can rely on these systems. You are the link between users, IT specialists, and developers. You investigate questions and incidents, find out what is really going on, and help develop solutions that work not only today, but also in the long term.

• Support users of various business applications and act as their first point of contact
• Investigate incidents, service requests, and functional questions
• Manage user authorizations and access rights
• Identify recurring issues and analyse underlying causes
• Coordinate support requests and keep users informed throughout the process
• Translate user needs into clear requirements for developers
• Test application changes and perform regression testing
• Work closely with international colleagues, IT specialists, and development teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business applications and processes
