Within Cloud & AI Operations, we are building an intelligent operations platform that combines cloud engineering, AI agents, automation and platform thinking. Our goal is simple: help customers get more value from Microsoft technology through smarter, faster and more proactive operations.

To make that happen, we are looking for an Agentic Engineer .

• Someone who loves building.
• Someone who sees a process and thinks, "that should be automated."
• Someone who wants to combine software engineering, cloud platforms and AI to solve real operational challenges at scale.

What will you do?

You will help build the platform that powers the next generation of Managed Services at Rapid Circle.

This is not a traditional consulting role.

You won't spend your days building one-off customer solutions or working from detailed specifications. Instead, you will create reusable capabilities that improve how operations are delivered across our entire customer base.

You will work alongside architects, engineers, service teams and operations specialists to turn ideas into working solutions.

Your work may include:

• Building cloud-native services and applications on Microsoft Azure
• Creating AI-powered workflows and agent-based automation
• Designing orchestration and routing between systems, agents and services
• Building reusable platform capabilities and engineering frameworks
• Developing integrations with monitoring platforms, ITSM solutions and SaaS applications
• Improving observability across workflows, agents and operational systems
• Creating feedback loops and evaluation frameworks for AI-driven services
• Supporting secure and responsible operation of agentic systems
• Automating repetitive operational activities and transforming them into product capabilities

Some days you'll write code.

Some days you'll design workflows.

Some days you'll be experimenting with new AI capabilities.

Every day you'll be contributing to how Managed Services will be delivered in the future.

Where will you work?

We're looking for builders.

People who enjoy creating working solutions and are comfortable operating in an environment where not everything has already been defined.

You don't need to know everything about agentic systems on day one.

What matters most is that you have strong engineering fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.

You recognise yourself in most of the following:

• Experience building solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Strong development skills in Python, C# or TypeScript
• Experience working with APIs, integrations and distributed systems
• Understanding of cloud architecture, networking and security
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform or Bicep
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, CI/CD and modern engineering practices
• Understanding of identity and access management, preferably Microsoft Entra ID
• Interest in AI-assisted engineering and modern development approaches

Bonus points if you've worked with:

• AI agents and agent frameworks
• Agent orchestration and multi-agent systems
• Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Prompt engineering and evaluation patterns
• ServiceNow, TOPdesk or similar ITSM platforms
• Monitoring and observability platforms
• SaaS and API integrations

• A gross monthly salary of €4,500 and €6,000, depending on your knowledge and experience
