As part of Aecon Utilities, you will coordinate proposals under a Proposal Supervisor. This role requires an experienced candidate with 2-4 years in proposal management, emphasizing strong communication skills and compliance reviews. You will support cross-departmental collaboration to craft compelling RFx responses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage small to medium RFx submissions and assist larger endeavors
• Conduct proposal kickoff meetings and track deliverables
• Ensure compliance with RFx requirements through thorough reviews
• Develop comprehensive proposal schedules for tracking
• Tailor written responses to align with client evaluation criteria
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant proposal coordination experience
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Proven ability to identify compliance gaps and resolve issues
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a client-centric approach
• APMP certification is a plus
