Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $130000.00 - $160000.00

A respected outpatient VA clinic in Alamogordo is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a highly autonomous, patient-centered primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity for providers who enjoy continuity of care, chronic disease management, and working with a veteran population in a collaborative setting.
100% outpatient primary care
~ Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
~ No nights, weekends, or federal holidays
~ Team-based PACT model with RN, LVN/LPN, MA, and administrative support
~ Strong integrated support from mental health and pharmacy teams
~ Diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia
Geriatric care
Veteran-centered, continuity-driven care model

~ Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
Minimum of 2 years outpatient primary care experience
Military, VA, or veteran care experience a plus!
