KNF Verder B.V. is the Dutch sales office of KNF with production locations in Germany, Switzerland, America and France. KNF develops, produces and sells diaphragm gas and liquid pumps all over the world. KNF Verder is also part of Verder Group. Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and manage inbound and outbound communications via email, phone, website and Teams.
• Prepare quotations and respond to inquiries.
• Order pumps and spare parts.
• Follow up on existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with customers to identify technical solutions.
• Finalize orders and monitor their transfer to the logistics department.
• Maintain technical information, documentation and price lists required for market‑driven quotations.
• Keep conclusive records relating to sales and maintain relevant information in the CRM system.
• Support marketing campaigns and trade fairs.

Qualifications

• You have an MBO/HBO level of work & thinking level and a love of engineering or a technical background. (This position is particularly suitable for recent graduates or school leavers!)
• You are proactive, able to work well independently and take responsibility.
• You have excellent communication and commercial skills.
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing. (German is an advantage.)
• You work meticulously and accurately.
• You have the ambition to grow into a field sales engineer and learn the tricks of the trade.
