Overview

We are seeking a Staff Engineer to spearhead one of our core product engineering teams, shaping the future of digital banking. You will be at the heart of product and engineering, taking ownership of the design, delivery, and operation of complex, high-scale financial services. Collaboration with Product Management, Engineering Leadership, and fellow engineers will be key to building secure, resilient, and reliable banking solutions. Your technical depth and leadership will guide the team in solving critical business and technical challenges. As a Staff Engineer, you will lead cross-functional engineering teams in building cloud-native services for banking products, architect and deliver scalable, secure backend systems from design to production, champion engineering excellence with a focus on code quality, system reliability, observability, and performance. Also, you will collaborate with product and engineering peers to ensure technical decisions align with business outcomes, take end-to-end ownership of systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to build cloud-native banking services, architect scalable and secure backend systems from design to production.
• Own the design, delivery, and operation of complex, high-scale financial services.
