Software Engineer-Amsterdam (Hybrid/75k) OTE 95k

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development
• Proficiency in JVM Stack
• Strong experience with backend development
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset
• Comfortable participating in and leading technical discussions
• 75k (depending on experience)
• 5k annual personal training budget
• 4k tech budget for laptop and phone
• 11k mobility budget (lease car or salary top-up)
• Support for personal projects, open-source, and conference attendance
