Requirements
- Design and implement workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the implementation to provide technical expertise and ensure that solutions align with business requirements.
- The role will also support deployments through source control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable transitions from development to production.
- As a senior developer, the position will contribute to the overall technical vision by leveraging experience from previous implementations and maximizing the capabilities of ServiceNow technologies.
- Proven experience implementing ServiceNow, with at least one complete implementation.
- Strong development experience with ITSM and SPM modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, Service Catalog, Performance Analytics (PA), workflows, and scripting.
- Experience with Configuration Management and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
- Experience developing ServiceNow widgets, including both basic and advanced widgets.
- Knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM), including basic and advanced capabilities.
- Experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Operations (SecOps), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting and customization.
- Strong scripting and development expertise.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Acceptance-Test-Driven Development (ATDD).
- Strong understanding of clean code and clean architecture principles.
- Experience with refactoring and managing technical debt.
- Familiarity with pair programming and established coding standards.
- Experience using AI-powered coding assistants.
- Goal-oriented and delivery-focused mindset.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
