Overview

Join us as a Senior Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer. In this role you will work closely with clients to design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Project Operations for the AEC and Legal industries.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions.
• Deliver high‑quality, maintainable applications and services that meet client needs.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Power Platform.
• Develop plugins, TypeScript, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.
• Maintain coding standards and review code to ensure quality.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and meet customer expectations.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders timely and clearly.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities and, when needed, assume architectural responsibilities.
• Act as a professional ambassador, advising customers on best practices.

Requirements

• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Proficient in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and creative problem‑solving skills.

• Customer‑oriented with the ability to work autonomously.
• Capability to thrive in a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
• Deep product knowledge of the Power Platform and its do’s and don’ts.
• Experience configuring build and release pipelines with YAML in Azure DevOps, using Git, and managing build automation.
• Optional: experience with Azure integrations such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Power Pages.
