Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise in MarkLogic NoSQL , multi-model data engineering, and enterprise-grade integration. This role requires strong architectural thinking, hands‑on development capability, and the ability to collaborate closely with IT architects, business teams, and multi-disciplinary delivery groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development initiatives using MarkLogic NoSQL , multi-model data modeling, and advanced data integration patterns.
- Design and implement solutions using XQuery, XSLT, XML, XSS, JavaScript .
- Align application development with business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Conduct workshops to translate business requirements into actionable IT solutions.
- Collaborate with IT System Architects and business teams to define risks, guidelines, and solution approaches.
- Propose and drive execution of solutions for structural IT challenges.
- Contribute to the definition and creation of the IT roadmap , shaping epics and features for both short-term and long-term delivery.
- Work with DevOps tools such as GitLab, JFrog, Terraform scripts, Helm , and support CI/CD best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality engineering standards.
Essential Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong technical expertise with MarkLogic NoSQL , multi-model data modeling, and data integration.
- Hands‑on experience with XQuery, XSLT, XML, XSS, JavaScript .
- Proficiency in Java and Node.js .
- Experience with DevOps tools: GitLab, JFrog, Terraform, Helm .
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration abilities.
- Proven experience aligning application development with business needs.
- Ability to lead workshops and guide teams through complex IT requirements.
